Feb 3- We flew in to Santiago today. Before we left Punta Arenas, we noticed a large cruise ship at one of the docks. On the airplane, we saw a newspaper headline that the QEII was docked in Punta Arenas. Now we can say we have seen it.
After checking into our hotel, we had our welcome drink, some empanadas and were no longer hungry for dinner. We split a dinner at the hotel restaurant which was very tasty.
