July 11- Took it easy today. Sunshine in the morning so we hiked to the hotel that our apartment is related to and sun bathed.


July 12- We walked our luggage and our tired bodies to the train station for a ride to Naples and then to Sienna. We found the correct train station and with a little help from people, found the city trains that took us to Sienna. When we arrived, we found our hotel, the Best Western Executive, settled in, and then took a bus into town. We are a kilometer or two from the main square where all the action is. A person was nice and told us where to get off. We walked around into the evening, inquired as to when the last bus back to our hotel was and were thoroughly confused. Tourist information had one time, our hotel had another, and the bus station information had a third time. We finally settled on a fourth time printed on the side of the bus shelter. We had a nice dinner on the square and then made an easy trip back. The driver was nice and helped us find the correct stop.
