Today we started our tour of Italy. The B&B is only 20 minutes outside Rome by train- very easy. Today we slept in and Kathy made us breakfast then we ventured into town. We made it to the Spanish Steps no problem from Flaminio station (we didn’t do the metro today). Then from there we walked around without a map and got very lost for 2 hours! Turns out we were walking behind Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain without realizing it. After asking many people and finally buying a map we found Piazza Navona.
