Driving we passed the Mahane Yeduda market, the High Court of Justice, Ministry of Foreign affairs, Ministry of Tourism, and what was termed as the 2nd Wailing Wall, the Ministry of Finance, as it is tax time. At the Wahl Rose Park, we saw the beautiful “Judy Garland Rose”, an amazing orange glow.
