Sept 4- Sunday. We began our tour of the temple ruins with the grand Angkor Wat for about 2 hours. This is the largest and most detailed of the temples here representing a microcosm of the Hindu universe. Built early 12th century, it is considered a masterpiece work out of sandstone covering over 200 acres. Angkor stands for city as you can see from the picture.
